Need Help With My Server Tick Rate!

(running cs:s)I have my own dedicated server and im using mani admin mod.....and i was wondering on how to change my servers tick rate from 33 to 66 or 100....please help me out here........thx

Have you tried posting in a forum (on another website) made specifically for support and tips with that program? I've personally never heard of it, and from the lack of replies, I'm guessing I'm not the only one ^^;
