phpMyAdmin lets you control you MySQL database from a web browser.
Steps:

1. If you haven't done so already, download the phpMyAdmin Database Manager - You can download the software from the phpMyAdmin website. Be sure to download the phpMyAdmin-2.6.2-pl1.zip file. Save the file on your Windows Desktop.
