A Lil Irc Help. Anope services

I am having a problem with anope services it gives me this "error" on the server

[6/13/06][03:03:25AM] -127.0.0.1- *** Notice -- Max SendQ limit exceeded for services.localhost.net[127.0.0.1]: 10000025 > 9999999-[6/13/06][03:03:25AM] -127.0.0.1- *** Global -- Closing link: Max SendQ exceeded - services.localhost.net[127.0.0.1]

And in the services log it says...

[Jun 13 03:03:25 2006] Read error from server: No such file or directory (error num: 2)[Jun 13 03:03:26 2006] [cs_appendtopic] Unloaded succefully[Jun 13 03:03:26 2006] PANIC! waiting=-4 (Segmentation fault)[Jun 13 03:03:26 2006] Backtrace: not available on this windows[Jun 13 03:03:26 2006] Services terminating on signal 11

Every time I change the sendq limit the same problem happens.
Anyone know of a way that I can get this to work?
