I Heard You Could Costomize You Own Wepons

I would like the power to customize what ammo you use on human weapons like switch between APR(armor piercing rounds),SHP(shredder rounds), and ETR(explosive tip rounds).

That would seem to be pretty cool if they had that kinda feature but, i highley doubt they would think of it because it would take too much time and effort to make such a thing.
