Having Trouble Activating My Account and other questions

Some issues and questions:

I have followed all the instructions on activating my account, but it will simply not activate. I have changed the e-mail twice, and the password twice.

 

1. Login to your cpanel by typing, http://ww38.yoursite.com/cpanel.

2. Enter the userID and Password. (check your PM at the Forums or your requested post)

3. Change the Email address in your Cpanel. (used to recover your password incase you lose it)

4. Change the Password in your Cpanel.

I have done steps 1-4. I never got a PM but I just used the username and password I put in the request system and it worked.

I belong to a gaming clan. Our web host is way to expensive - can I host a gaming site at Xisto.com with an IPB 2.0.0 trial board? BTW, Xisto could get lots of hits off this.

I know this is not the correct forum, but can I get my domain changed from mystuff.trap17.com to htclan.trap17.com? The cPanel script won't work.
