Installing Shoutbox,poll And Recent Written Topics In Phpbb

I just installed the FI theme for phpbb..on my forums... I want to install Poll , Recent written topics and a shoutbox in my forum's front page....I tried to install some shoutbox script but something goes wrong..even i m following the instructions very carefully.Could anyone help me regarding to this ??? thanks

Well, most of the members will be able to help you..but the problem is that person will either need to know..what exactly you are doing or if you give them the admin powers in your board..they'll be able to assist you.Please dont expect..much of help from me..because when it comes to any lanugage or applying mods..I am no good!I was just suggesting that please write in your problem in detail..so that people can help you in fixing it
