Cannot Email To Support Team Email Id at computinghost dot com

I want to inform some technical problem to the support team at support@Xisto - Web Hosting.com but the mail returned with the following message:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of itsrecipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

  generated by helpdesk@xisto.com
  (ultimately generated from support@Xisto - Web Hosting.com)

I do not want to pen down in this forum what I want to send to the support team. Please help me what could be the reason behind the failure of my mail to reach the destination.

Try it again. Sometimes the email server goes down. Give some times and it will restore itself.

This was a temporary error caused by the Helpdesk software. We have fixed it and things are working perfectly now.The helpdesk script had issues sending the mails sent to it inside the helpdesk system.
