Latest Topics that cant be viewed

I have noticed there are numerous topics that can't be viewed by normal forum users. These topics would include sig requests that must be approved by a mod and topics for mods themselves. Even though these topics can't be read by normal forums users, they still appear on the latest topic and post lists at the bottom of every page. I think it would make more sense to stop them from being visible in the list if the user viewing the list doesn't not have the required access to view the post itself. Many times I have tried open a topic from the lists only to be shown the "board message" telling me I can't view the topic. It get's a little frustrating after a while and might make people begin to think there is something wrong with the forum.

Yes, This problem should be solved after the IPB Board upgrade.
