Quake 4 For Linux even one week old,its still news

I guess most real gamers know this already but i must say it loud!!!Really works great on linux(a good friend of mine plays it day and night,at least that's what he sais).I'm not a full day gamer but as i'm interested in linux software i've read some reviews and people seem very pleased with id's linux version of quaqe 4.I was wondering how many of you played it under linux and windows and how does it compare as speed and quality.

Well I have just plyed it on Windows and I think its good enough.
