Cutenews Installation Help looking for instructions

Hi i am having some trouble with hosting.I have cute news uploaded the the hosting but i do not know how to install it becuase im not quite sure of the directory my home directory is .rfiles.trap17.comive uploaded it and thats all ssome help on what to do from here would be greatly appreciated.

Why did you upload it to your account when it's already pre-installed in your cPanel?

Access your cPanel > Preinstalled Scripts (Addon Scripts) > CuteNews
