Live Support You use ICQ. Not everyone has that...

You should consider using some sort of proper internet-based live support chat, like boldchat or phplivesupport. It would be much better than your current live support, ICQ, becuase not eveyone has that, and installing it just to talk to your operator is a tad waste of time. By the way, there are a few live support things (crafty syntax, for example) in fantastico that you could use ^_^ .Give your feedback below, peeps!

We don't provide live support via ICQ anymore. It is there only in cases of emergency for reporting serious server related issues so that quick action can be taken.Thanks.
