ZPGames 0 Report post Posted October 3, 2005 http://www.zpgames.com/ is the URL of a website I have had for quite a while. The only reason I want to flaunt it off right now is I just finished a homepage redesign. Most of the site is down but well at least its not all Construction pages. Im almost finished with a Game page redesign but not quite. I cant wait to finish my site, it will make me so proud. Maybe I can find some cheap advertising since I am still in school and don't have a job so I cant afford any advertising.
zootycoongold 0 Report post Posted October 7, 2005 Nice site I like the design on the main page anyway of having a picture of the first page you come to or a movie or something Or redirecting straight to the website
snlildude87 0 Report post Posted October 7, 2005 Kill the splash page. You don't need it especially when you're displaying a 404 picture.Kill the frame inside the main page. You could use the PHP include function instead. It works the same way as frames, but search engines will be able to pick you links. If you don't want to get rid of the frames, then I suggest changing the navigation theme to make it blend in with the site. Bubbles != army font (!= means not equal to).Overall, I think you just need to work a bit on your HTML skills so that you could create a more attractive template. Go to http://www.oswd.org/ to get some inspiration. Also, you need to fix all the 404 errors on your site.

sportytalk 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2005 yep, same as others.A very nice template but I hate the frames, they look ugly and kind of make your page look unfriendly. You could do as someone said above and use the <?php include "file.htm"; ?> function or just use table cells. Both would be as good. It's not only google that can't read links in frames, but also, older internet browsers, such as webtv and some browsers on less user friendly computer types can't support frames due to compatability or security reasons.Other than this, I like your site design, keep up the good work!
