I think the site must be in english. I'm not sure but you should ask one of the mods.

i don't think so, think i've seen a site or two in other languages only. But you should really get in touch with the admin's to make sure.round

I don't think the members would complain, but then again check with the admins/mods and perhaps check the rules to make sure.
