My Site Issues

ok, my site doesnt work >.< just go to http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ and youll know 403 error Forbidden you dont have permission ect. well it says that for me. i think thats why i cant login to my cpanel. um yester day i had -4 credits but just like a few mins and then i picked it up know i have about 11. whats wrong?

Does FTP still work? Try it- If so, you're fine. Get your credits above 4, and wait about an hour. Try your site again.Permission Denied might also mean someone ChMOD'ed the root directory, again, use FTP to find out.Panda-

well know my cpanel works and all just not my siteI need to solve to solve this problem because why post if my site doesnt even work! so why is thisi get this ting that says forbiden..

If cPanel works, then this is what you need to do:

 

1. Go to http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/

2. Login

3. Click on File Manager.

4. Now, click on the word www

5. On the right side, click on Change Permissions.

6. Make sure all 9 checks are checked.

7. Click Save.

8. Now, on the left side, click on the word public_html

9. Repeat steps 5 through 7

 

If that doesn't work, click on the folder icon of www. Then, click on index.htm, index.html, and/or index.php, and repeat steps 5 through 7.
