Dns Wildcard Record may the request be approved?

When a wildcard record of a domain hosted in a trap is set, queries for the domain and subdomains of the domain which are not listed in the dns will forward to the IP the wildcard record directed. That is, a catch all webpage can be put for dynamicl services, for examples, subdomain url direction.Can members ask for setting a wildcard record for their domain hosted in Trap 17? And what the cost is?
