I don't think he was asking about premade site templates, I think he was asking about the procedures to go through to become hosted.To be hosted you need to scroll down the to the very last category, it says Hosting Requests. Look in there, there is a stickied topic that tells you about the numerous packages available. After fulfilling the minimum requirements for your desired package, just follow the instructions there to get hosted.

But you have to notice that every hoster doesn't like bad websites You have not to be out our forum's life too. What problem will your website be devoted? Have you ever tried other variants to get space?
