How Do I Log Into Ftp And The Control Pannel?

I just registered my account for http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ I copied and saved the information that came up into Open Office Writer (a program like Word that is much better), but there is no information about logging into the FTP or Control Panel. So how do I log into FTP and the Control Panel.

Username : sebast
Password: the password you set for the cpanel. it should say in the information you saved in the open office file.

Logging into cpanel

To log into cpanel click here and enter sebast as your username and your forum password as your cpanel password.

Logging into FTP

To log into ftp click ftp.sebastiannaitsabes.trap17.com and enter sebast as your username and your forum password as your ftp password.

Changing your passwords
