emperor 0 Report post Posted July 16, 2005 (edited) The question is very simple, if you would create an international left parties what leader will you choose? In my opinion actually the best is Zapatero, he has made laws that any other parties (in Italy too) have ever made in a big country. Starting from leaving Iraq to Gay Weddings, all decisions taken by Jose Luis are really good for a real left party.A special "prize" to Livingstone, too. The major of London, in its city, has taken hard but really good (for example taxing cars that drive in the City, very useful for the enviroment). All this better than his chief Tony (chief Tony, not chef Tony: we aren't talking about Miracol Blade). Now it's your time.P.S. There is a mistake among names that i have chosen, can you find it? brainless 0 Report post Posted July 17, 2005 actually, while some of the leaders you mentioned would be pretty good for a leftist party in the conventional understanding of politics, I chose "other" because I am against hierarchies like we have in political parties but support "flat" hierarchies where anyone is able to take the lead with the consent of the basis (and can lose it just as fast...). When I see how political parties develop their programs around here, I'm kind of disgusted - all the people who are already at the top are allowed to state their opinion while next to none from the base are allowed to speak...
