Wow, I think the border is a little bad and the colour and stuff you could add to your tags shouldn't be there. Some people would be worried about having it not match their layout. Don't get a language pack. The translation will be totally off for most languages because people will most likely use slang in the shoutbox. Think about it. The phrase "I milked a lot of dough from that dude today" means something completely different in another language.
