What Is The Best *free* Internet Filter? need suggestions

I'm searching for the best free internet filter program available on the net to block out unwanted stuff on my computer. Any ideas? Thanks

I'm use AVG free edition, link here (to google) link

Database update almost evryday, got evrything what got payable versions. Mybe not a user support but for why God create this forum, or admin no matter Any way if you mean in mind saying "unwanted stuff " virus, trojans, worms this is somthing for you.

I use spyware blaster, it's free and updates for it are pretty frequent, and it doesnt need to stay open in order for it to work.
