candicej 0 Report post Posted May 29, 2005 Has anyone tried Fedora Core 4 beta versions yet, and what do you think about it? I am currently using Fedora Core 3 and love it. However, I see Fedora Core 4 is coming out very soon, but I do not have a test machine to see how the progress of the new Fedora is coming. I definately would like to upgrade from Fedora 3 to Fedora 4, but if there is not much difference in them then I would rather wait until Fedora Core 5. Anyway, any information on this would be appreciated.

varunone 0 Report post Posted June 8, 2005 There something or the other always wrong with Fedora ... sometimes the sound, other times the display. Redhat use to be so good ... god knows what happened.Try Mandrake ( madriva - new name ) Its actually really simple to use and faster than most linux destros.Cheers
xboxrulz 0 Report post Posted June 9, 2005 Mandriva sucks! It's ridiculed w/ bugs and I simply hate it for a fact.Fedora is an experimental operating system, that is why it doesn't work as well as you want it.xboxrulz
