Automatic Post Subscription Its broken?

Whenever i make a post using 'add reply' or 'fast reply' i notice the subscribe to or remind of new posts tick box is clear meaning it has not been opted for. This is so automatically, but whevenevr i make post like that and the box is clear, i receive a subscription to that post and im like what gives? Is there a bug or something? DOes this happen to anyone else?

I've had that problem, too. First, go to My Controls at the top, or just go to this URL: http://forums.xisto.com/index.php?&app=core&module=global&section=login&do=form.

 

Then, on the left hand side, click on Email Settings, or just go to this URL: http://forums.xisto.com/index.php?act=UserCP&CODE=02. Check the Enable 'Email Notification' by default?, and in the drop down box below that, select No Email Notification.

When you use "Fast Reply", uncheck the blank checkmark. There are 3 checkmarks, such as use my sig, and all that, but remember, to uncheck the FIRST one, which has no words beside it. After, go to the user controlpanel at http://forums.xisto.com/index.php?s=32b37ef1e94a6aea4f54c8f3672c83e0&&app=core&module=global&section=login&do=form and click under subscriptions, "View Topics". Check the topics and delete them.

Thanks man! It helped, i dunno why but it didn't happen before and then suddenly it did, but at least it worked!
