but i can find anything about sending referrers.
2nd does anybody on any site where to get templates or do i have to edit it myself

Enable sending referrers? I've never come across that before.

good to read this how to upgrade version 1.2 to 1.5 topic if you were using wordpress from Xisto host which is version 1.2. By follow those steps, you can upgrade successfully..

If you're going to upgrade you might as well upgrade to v1.5.1 - it's supposed to fix a security hole.
