Need Help, I Created A New Subdomain Called Azeem urgent

I created a new subdomain called azeem[below]
http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/

I also created a ftp account with:
Username: azeem
Pass: [hidden]

at the bottem it said login @ http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/
But it didnt work, I also tried,
http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/
http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/

None of thease work, Does anyone know how to create ftp access to it?

OK, you have to setup your ftp correct...

I'm using smartFTP pro so those are the instructions I'm giving, you have to change it to fit you.

It's 3 settings you need to have:
1 is the ftp address:

ftp.mbd5882.trap17.com/
2 Next is your username for the subdomain:
azeem@mbd5882.trap17.com
And third is your password. (You have to change it back to your own password again, I changed it to test that it's working correctly.

so change the password in your ftp manager..

I don't think that's possible because cPanel is a software that Xisto purchased, and I do not believe cPanel is open source. However, you can go to http://cpanel.com/ to learn for about cPanel and its features. -_-
