Solution regarding multiple logins to protected directories

Because of the way our host admin has configured the Apache webserver, you must ALWAYS include "www" in the URL that points to the password protected directory.

 

If you have created a phpBB site in your protected directory, then the domainname setting in the phpBB admin control panel, must include the "www". For example: yoursubdomain.xisto.com/
