Many people consider eggs as non-vegetarian but scientifically eggs are vegetarian even in terms of the world.Ok I am going to get a little disgusting here but it is only with the intention of getting the message across. You know women have their periods right and what exactly is that? It is just the flushing out of the unfertilized egg. Meaning no sperm has mated with egg and hence there is no formation of life but it is a good source of protein though.Similarly the eggs in the market are all unfertilized because only unfertilized eggs have a larger shelf life as fertilized eggs need specific conditions so that they can develop, else they spoil soon. These eggs available in the market will not hatch even if you place them in an incubator or under a hen. Besides the poultry farms that we have keep the 'market egg laying hens' seperate from the roosters. So, if you can consider consuming milk as a vegetarian animal product, you can do the same with these eggs too.
