Adding to the list of existing LONGEST Words in English category is a new one, the technical name of the largest protein "Titin". You can attempt to pronounce the beauty yourself, you can TRY to watch the video of a brave soul pronouncing the word (note: the video is 3 hours long and frankly, it sounds like the boy is chanting out of the bible
But I have always wondered whether technical scientific names should be considered as "words in english" since most of these names have a basis in the Latin language or they are chemicals stringed together to form one word. The youtube comments seem to voice the same opinion that a sequence should not be considered as a word.
