Is Ppv Advertising A Big Scam Does PPV advertising really work

I've been almost toppled over by all the emails I got about PPV advertising. I used it and I didn't like the results I got allot of traffic but very few subscribers.I was wondering if anyone has had the same or simular experience. Please sare your expiriences with me.
