  1. The amazing thing about apple is, when they bring out a new hardware everyone goes,"Oh I've been dying for something like that!". Apple does it again with the new Magic Mouse. Retaining the two button format, this mouse also functions like the trackball, it has touch functionalities. Instead of rolling that wheel, you just touch and drag. The whole mouse is touch sensitive and the possibilities are endless as to how it can be utilized to your best advantage....maybe even as a free hand drawing tool? Who knows. As always, it looks gorgeous.

  4. Free Download Manager. It's simply amazing. Completely free, it has youtube download options, a helpful community that warns you if any download you're attempting is malicious and very easy to use. It also has very powerful options like auto batch downloads and downloading specific file type from a site, site explorer and site leecher.I have tried every downloader out there, and think FDM's the best.

  5. If you're talking about an exclusive car, my dream car always has been a '97 McLaren F1 GTR road car convert, with a monotone carbon fiber body.....sigh...For a regular production sedan, I would kill for a Skyline GT-R or a '96 Mitsubishi Galant VR-4.....without modding, please. I'd much rather go for a sleeper.....

  6. I do believe there are other life forms somewhere other than earth. Why not? But I don't really believe that we have already made contact. All those Daniken crap is not only utter hogwash but also extremely disrespectful to the astounding effort and creativity of our ancestors. C'mon, let's be serious, a being that has traveled light years to be here, first thing it'd do is to announce itself. There are too many similarities between UFO and ghost stories. Why should an alien being present itself only to weed addled conspiracy theorists, in the middle of the night and in the remotest locations?

  7. WC3 tottaly sucked compared to other rts I played. I dont think they should of cut down the unit supply. And they (at least in my opinion) made the heros way way to powerful. in relation to the rest of the charecters.

Dude, are you serious??!! WC3 is like among the greatest strategy games ever!! If you serious think it sux, you either didn't give it enough time (Although it's pretty edictive within the first 10 mins....) or strategy just isn't your genre.

  8. I tried to switch to linux but it was a lost cause. Though I dug the coolness of Ubuntu, esp Ubuntu studio, nothing beats windows. No other OS remotely compares, when i comes to user friendliness and most of all, software titles!!! Dude, I can't live without Photoshop and my games!!! And if you think gimp is better than PS.....you're just kidding yourself.Off all the windows incarnations, I love XP x64 best. I ALso love the new Windows 7 x64.

  9. Kaspersky is great, one of the best out there....but I do believe that AVG and Avira, the free ones, are just as good. I have used all of them for an extensive period of time and the free products kept my pc just as squeaky clean as kaspersky did. Although AVG can hog processor time, avira is really lightweight so that's my current favorite.BTW, nod32 is utter crap. I tried it out twice, just to give it a benefit of doubt, both times my pc was infected with multiple trojans.

  10. Woah, those look amazing; almost too cool to be photos. It's amazing how you got that lightning strike too, since they're only there for a split second. Excellent job.

The technique's pretty easy actually, if you ever want to try out. Just boost up the shutter speed, somewhere between 30 secs to 1 min. Within that time, during a thunderstorm, multiple lightning flashes are bound to occur.

  11. My backup browser is Opera, which was my normal browser until I found that a ton of my favorite FireFox addons didn't have a cousin in Opera. I actually like Opera (by itself vs FireFox by itself) better, but FireFox addons give it the upper hand for me.

Exactly. If only Opera had the plugins, I would've switched instantly.

  12. Empire earth was a really amazing strategy game. The game progression, from stone age to futuristic meca world.....was really astounding. Empire Earth 2 was also great. Empire Earth 3, is beyond crap.I can't imagine a brilliant franchise like EE could produce such a pile of steaming turd.
