  1. Hi loner, Sorry to hear that you have been through this.Try and get over it as it is badly affecting your life and unknowlingly you are killing your time and losing your friends. Get out of your room, see your friends, keep yourself busy with things you like doing and even try changing your schedule. This will surely help you in getting over it. Talk to your friends and family and surely they will support you and will help you to get over it. If this does not get any change in your attitude, try consuling a specialist.
