Past: Mermecles was a leaf ninja until Tsunade sent naruto lee neji and tenten on a mission to destroy Riaga. Mermecles tagged along for he was friends with Riaga. When he saw Riaga was killed the first time, he sent a huge strom upon them all. Riaga came back but in the end died again
Mermecles was outraged his friend was murdered. He ran away from the leaf and joined the Akatsuki.
