Open an image of girl.

I used #FFB7BE.Now take out 9px soft brush (opacity 100%, flow 60%) and paint over the eye.
Now pick clone stamp tool (size 13)and alt click this area:
Drag it over the top edge of eye 2 times (follow the line)
Now take out smudge tool(soft, size 13, strength 60%) and drag down
If your bottom edge is hardly seen, use burn tool to darken it a little.
Create new layer. Name it "line1"
Now chose #451E06 as foreground color.
Pick 3px soft brush, and draw line like this:
Pick 3px smudge tool and smudge down so it looks like this:
Pick blur tool (size 14, soft, strength 80%) and pass once or twice over the line.
Now, duplicate "1" layer and "line1"
Hide "1" layer and "line1".
Switch to "line1 copy" layer and pick a move tool.
Move line a liitle upwards
Edit->transform->scale, and expand it
Move it and erase edges.
Now switch to "1 copy" layer, pick eraser tool and erase below line.
Now go to image ready.
Make all layers invisible exept "background".
On animation panel create new frame.
Make all layers invisible exept "background", "1 copy", "line1 copy".
New frame.
All layers invisible exept "background", "1", "line".
Now, for the first frame set delay 2 sec,
2nd: 0.06
3rd:0.04

Pcitures With the Tut

At my prep school our technology fund was very high. They all used XP Pro and you had your own laptop. Most assignments are on the computer and our Spanish teachers didn't go a class without using a computer.Now on the other hand, my old high school has very little in the technology fund. They have to go to a different school just to take classes regarding Photoshop or Macromedia. So it could be worse, just think about it.

Does it really suprise you?Microsoft does this type of *BLEEP* all the time. It just takes awhile for people to realize it. The sad part is, is that as much money Microsoft has put into blocking things, if they would just up their expertise and make Microsoft semi bug free then maybe we wouldn't be looking at different things such as Firefox. Then again, why would Microsoft do that?

Favorite movie of all is kinda hard to pick.I love the Star Wars sets, and a lot of football movies. I also love any type of car movies, ig Gone in 60 Seconds. And all of Adam Sandlers movies.Favorite would have to be Happy Gilmore or Billy Madison

Go Red . Red is my favorite color especially on baseball uniforms. Seeing that my team colors are black and red . I know a lot of people around me are red or carolina blue lovers. In my opinion, Nitendo Rev. is the 3rd console that I would buy when comparing it to XBox360 and Ps3. Simply because of the better graphics and better styles. I feel that Sony and Microsoft take the nitendo and make it useless.My opinions though

I've seen these type of tuts a lot of places.. I really enjoy this one.I am not the greatest photoshop user, but I do my fairshare of using it. I hope you put out more tuts to help the newer users out.

My favorite movie (s) would have to be any kind of sports movies. For example I love The Program, Rudy, 61, Friday Night Lights, ect. I also love comedy with Adam Sandler. His newest movie, a remake of The Longest Yard. It was great comedy, I also love Big Daddy and stuff like that..

This is a turn based online game, not a multiplayer first person shooter. Look at the site before you come bashing my thread, especially when you have no clue what the game I posted on is about.

I like the site, very original and it has a very original flow.In my opinion you might want to add a little better top graphic, just mo though.

Its a real good game, and very exciting once you get the hang of it.

The current one i love, the other one, not so much.I like the current one because it flows well and i like the colors.

Your site is very good, but it seems like the site has so much going on that it takes away from the look.In my opinion you should take away your navbar and make it more blending into the site.

I think V2 was better than v3, mainly because I enjoyed 2 much more. Both games I enjoyed, but V3 wasn't great like I thought it might be.
