If you think this is an issue with the legacy ConferenceRoom Java client, I'll gladly contact the maintainer for you. I'd need to know the version of the client or, if possible, what web site you were using at the time. (It would also be helpful to know what you were doing at the time you had the problem.)You can also email <support@conferenceroom.com> and ask them to assign me (JoelKatz or David S.) the ticket.
