I thought we were talking about blogging tools, not about browsers. Anyway no one mentioned joomla, why? It's nice, easy customizable, multi authors and, installing some components and modules you can transofrm it in a complete full optionals blog, community, chat and forum!!! It's perfect and, despite of what someone can thing... it's easy!
