  1. Not so clear about what you want. Maybe you can provide more detail to us.
For embedding Flash to web page, you can make a SWF file, and embed or link the FLV movies to it. If the videos are not FLV, you need to convert them to. The SWF file is a flash video player that controls the playback of the FLV files.
People said that JW player is good, but I think it is hard to understand and use. I prefer web player pro from moyea, for it is much easier to use.

  2. Well i have a website in which i have embedded a self made flash video. It brings charm to the page. But the problem is that whenever I or anyone opens it there is this yellow popup asking me whether to allow the active content or not. Well then my homepage looks empty in the starting as the video is in the center.Well How come videos embedded in youtube and other places don't ask for such permission. I think there is an attribute but i cannot find it.
Here is my code just tell me the attribute or the appropriate coding

    <embed src=flashintro.swf height=250 width=250>

    Thanks in Advance :D

Hi, generally speaking, using SWFObject is better than 'embed' tag. However, it is too technical if you don't know javascript.
Here is an easy solution to make a skinnable flash vidoe player and add flash video files to website - How to add flash videos to website?

  3. Adobe Flash CS3 is one, used to create Flash, now it has updated to CS4. Adobe Flex builder is another good job developed by Adobe company, you can use it to develop RIA (Rich Internet Application).

If your Flash file is a SWF, then you can directly embed it to web page using the 'object' 'embed' HTML tag

If your Flash file is a FLV, then pay attention to this: You cannot directly embed the FLV to a HTML page, the FLV must either be linked or embedded to a SWF file, and the SWF file is just like a FLV player to control the playback of the FLV file, and the SWF player can be created in Adobe Flash.

For a quick solution, you can use this flash video player maker called Moyea web player Pro, it can generate a custom flash video player for website and publish videos to the Internet.

    Good luck!

  4. Adobe Flash enrich the Internet users' experience when they are surfing on Internet. Do you know RIA? Rich Internet applications (RIAs) are web applications that have some of the characteristics of desktop applications, typically delivered by way of proprietary web browser plug-ins, advanced javascript compiler technology, or independently via sandboxes or virtual machines. Examples of RIA frameworks that require browser extensions include Adobe Flash, Java/JavaFX and Microsoft Silverlight, whilst examples of RIA frameworks that make comprehensive use of JavaScript include GWT and Pyjamas. And Adobe Flash is the main development kit to develop RIA application. You should thank Adobe Flash, for Flash technique is a great technique, it enables your web content can be viewable on most operationg systems and web browsers. And thanks to Adobe Flash you can watch streaming video on the Internet via your web browser.Adobe Flash has much more adventures than I can talk about.

  5. Just found this Press Release in Adobe pressroom web page -

BARCELONA, Spain — Feb. 16, 2009 — At the GSMA Mobile World Congress, Adobe Systems Incorporated (Nasdaq:ADBE) today announced the availability of the new Adobe® Reader® Mobile SDK, a software development kit (SDK) designed to enable companies to deliver mobile phones and handheld devices that can easily download, manage, and display PDF content and eBooks. 6. HiI need some help , Im designing this website for school studies
However, I made a flash drop down menu, works perfectly, but you know how flash has a background when you export it in to a SWF file?
For example my flash is width= 800, and height = 200
but my div box on my html page for my navigation is only 50 px
my buttons is width of 50px
and the rest of the content is the drop down animations
i want to insert it into my navigation div box but i want to set the flash background to transparent so that when the drop down menu comes down it overlaps the text or whateva below it.
Seein how i want to do that, i don't want my flash to expand my div box but rather the flash overlap everrything else. i know its pretty confusing. but if anyone gets me please let me know

    In simple terms

I dont want my flash to expand my div box but rather overlap other items instead.

Have a look at this tutorial "How to add flash videos to website?" if it can help you.

  7. -how to include flash in my website-what softwares do i need
-where can i get cool swf files ...like ..a cool "loading..." screen...and stuff like that.
-where can I get cool mouse over and mouse click sounds...

    Please help....
    Thanks in advance

I think I can answer the first and the second question. You should check if you have installed Adobe Flash Player in your web browser and upload the flash file to your host's web server. Then you can embed the flash file to web page with HTML code like the code below (for .swf):
    <object classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" codebase="http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=7,0,19,0" width="432" height="330" title="game"> <param name="movie" value="/flash/game.swf" /> <param name="quality" value="high" /> <embed src="/flash/game.swf" quality="high" pluginspage="http://http://www.adobe.com/special/errorpages/404.html; type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="432" height="330"></embed>	</object>

If that dosen't work, you can use a tool called Moyea Web Player Pro - http://www.flash-video-mx.com/web-player-pro/, it's a flash video player maker. Do you know what is flash video player? check it in google. This tool can add flash videos and other videos to a web page, I tested it on my PC and it works. Perhaps this tutorial is also helpful: http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/

  8. Who what can tell about flash streaming?

On mine this is the best way to show the other people that, that you can create. Except for that in fact you can use Live and on demand streaming solutions Free of charge, but on mine it depends as well on the "companies" to which you address. Not from all you can receive 100 %-s streaming.

Interestingly to whom you have addressed for flash streaming :)

This is what I know about flash streaming:

Streaming on Flash is mainly streaming audio and video. As for streaming audio, the popular words is mp3, iPod...As for streaming video, flash video(.flv) is becoming more and more popular, for most video host website support flv, like Youtube, google video, myspace...Flash video can not play directly by web browser, it need to be embeded in swf file to play.

    ---Hope it can help you.

  9. I think if you are familiar with flash actionscript, you can DIY a flash video player like the one in Yoututbe. I'm a flash newbie so I know little about actionscript, what I did to handle this was to download available flv player from internet. This is what I successfully use -

    FLV Player 2.0.25

    Moyea Web Player Pro

I have tried both of them and it works! But I hva never tried them in Mac Hope it can help yoou. Good luck!
