What does it mean if a girl tells her boyfriend that she had sex with other guy when he is far away from her? They live in a country where it is a taboo. Is it possible for a girl to tell about her sexual relationship with other guy to her partner? What does it mean? Can it be possible?

It's a bit lengthy but a serious matter.........Its been more than one year I am having relationship with a girl. Now I am in abroad pursuing my study and she is in my home country. I am from Asian country.My case is I love her so much and she too loves me. But the problem is I am far from her and she always want me to come back and get married soon because her parents do not like her to be in contact with me. It seems I am not a good guy in the eye of her parents as I met just once with her parents and due to some circumstances, her parents think that my family is not good nor am I. They think that she will not be happy if she get married with me in near future, so they are against our relationship. It usually happens in our culture that parents decision is more prior than oneself in our culture. And it seems, it is very difficult to convince her parents on our relationship as her opinion. So, she is always insisting be to come back and get married even though it is against her parents, she is ready. But, as I am studying, I can't go right now. As I do not listen to her, she use to tell me that I cannot do anything for her and sometimes she do not trust me.Now, the main scenario starts when I told to ask her parents whether our relationship can go further or not as her parents is insisting her to get married with other guy and I want to halt this procedure.(I didn't did it personally as I am scare she might me in more trouble). Now, I think she might be really threaten by her parents answer that she do not want to go against her parents. But if I know her better that she is also not happy with her parents decision. As I am far from her, she told me to forget me. But when I didn't agreed, she started to make many stories. I don't know what went wrong with her, she insisted me to forget her. I ask "Do you love me any more" ( a foolish question, I asked) and she told no. She even took my oath. I was shocked. I tried to ask her more why she told like this to me, I think she is totally annoyed, she even started to make more false stories that some one else is there her life other than me. She even took her mother oath on this to make me believe (which is really bad thing in our culture, which really does not happen). I was shocked as I know she is telling lie. I even cried in front of her why she is doing this to me. Later she told I cannot tolerate this pressure anymore. I am not with her and her parents is also against her. She had to choose between me and her parents and as her parents is with her, so she wants to go with her parents. She thinks if she is going to be with me then she is going to hurt so many people. It is better to get rid of me for her. So, to make myself hate her, she is making all this stories. When I asked her many times, she told me she also want someone who loves her more than anyone else and when I told her "What am I doing then?" she told I am far from her and she wants me to be with her. She even asked can I come back now and I told I can't ( a big mistake I did, I am a coward). I told her I will come after one year.So, I cannot figure out what should I do now. Should I forget her? Sometime I feel I should go back to my country and get married with her. But the problem is I can't. If I will go, then I will ruin my career and I don't want to do this. Now, career is more valuable than her and I know she did not like my this opinion. I am pretty confused. I do not want to loose her. I want her to be in my life in any condition. So, guys........help me out with some really rocking tips and suggestions?????????????Thanks in advance................

I could not understand what actually a girl wants from their partner or bf, or a guy. I am abroad now, pursuing my study and she is in her home country.Last night she told she do not want to continue this relationship with me . I was shocked. Actually what happen is her father does not like this relationship and she do not want to go against her father. She used to stick with this decision even though she desperately loves me. But once, she was deeply in love with me that she told she will go against her parents and will come with me. I was so happy in her decision. I feel as if I got everything. I told her to talk with her parents about our relationship or else I would talk. But she told she would talk. When she went for one month holiday to her home country, we are totally out of contact. Later I asked her what do her parents told, and she told her parents did not agreed. And she do not want to continue this relationship. I asked why and she told she do not have any more feeling towards me. I was shocked. She even told me why I went so far. To make conform, I even asked to take oath on me and she took and told she does not like to continue this relationship. I was about to cry but I controlled when I heard this. So, I told her I will not contact her any more. But she told she will contact if she feels and she even told me "I love you" and I pretend I do not heard and I did not gave any reply and before whenever she used to say the word "I love you" and if I did not replied, she used to get angry. So, do distance kills love or if you are not so much in contact with your partner and cannot share your feelings, then does it decreases love that you have inside you for your partner. Ya, sometime if we cannot talk with our partner when we want then we feel very bad and get high temper. But if you cannot be in touch with your partner due to some work, does this mean that our love is no more. I know she loves me and cannot forget me. She is telling this to get rid of this pain as she feels that nothing can happen to this relationship and she do not want more pain. She once wanted me to come back to our home country and I told I would not. And she told I never used to listen to her and can't do anything for her. I just only talk and do not act. But I am not like that. There is some people who do not express their love even though you love them so much and I am that kind of guy. Is it wrong? I want to talk with her and patch up but as she clearly told me that she do not want this relationship any more, I think I should not. I know if I tried to convince her that I love her so much, she gonna agree but I do not want to beg in front of her. If I gave her more priority then her demand will be more. I feel that if she really love me before and still loves me then no matter what happen, she will come back to my life. But what if she had the same thinking. She might be thinking like this.I cannot figure out what should I do?

Thank Shadowx for your valuable suggestions. Bittr, Her parents had not started to see another guy to tie knot for her but it is in the process. They are planning to do that. I am Hindu and I am from Asian Contry.

It's been nearly 3 months that I am in abroad for my future study. Many things happened in these 3 months back in my home country. I had a girl friend and both of our parents know that we are seeing and dating each other and want to tie knot in near future. We desperately love each other. Everything is going right but problem began when one guy who have very good relationship with both of our family told something bad about my family to her parents. When I was in my country, I was always busy talking with my girlfriend and my father didn't like this . I used to ignore him when I am talking with her. Once I had a big fight with my dad on this issue. As my dad is very high temperment , he felt that I am giving so much priority to my girlfriend instead of him. So, he told the guy (who knows both the family well) that her mom is not good, it is her policy to trap my son, etc etc and he doesnot want to forward this relationship. He told all these in anger and my dad is like that. Bad tempered. And this guy told all these things to her parents that my dad is telling such such things. So, her parents got angry and our relationship started to fade away. Initially I had very good relationship with her family and her parents had no objection and very happy to marry her to me.As I was abroad, I didn't know about all these things. I thought everything is going smoothly. And again that guy did one more bad thing. Sometime my parents use to quarrel and there is some distribunce going on in my family. Every family has some. Isn't it? The guy knows all these things and he told all these things to her mom that my family is not good etc etc. At now she doesnot want to tie knot her daughter to me. Her mom also told my girlfriend not to contact me and break the relationship with me permanently. She loves her parents more than me (it seems ), so she told me not to wait for me, I can get many good girls than her. I felt she is scared,so, she is telling like this. I convinced her that I can convince her parents and you don't worry. I felt that I should make a call to her mom and solve this problem but for that I have to defense my dad and family . It might not work. So, I planned it is better to talk with her parents directly when I will be back to my country. So, I leave this problem for time. I never bothered about all these things as she loves me very much and she is with me. But it seems that the problem is very serious back within her family that she is continuesly insisting me to forget her as she do not find any hope in our future relationship. I feel her love for me is slowly decreasing now-a-days and she is trying to ignore me slowly as she hadn't thought such problem will arise. Now, her parents had started to see another guy for her to tie knot .So, what should I do now ? I am planning to have a talk with her mom and try to convince her that she should give me a chance to explain. Till then can she wait for me? Is it good or something else should I do? What is all you guys suggestion in this kind of problem. Seriously I do not want to loose her. Unfortunately I also cannot go back to my country and solve this problem. So, any good advice or suggestions?
