My cpanel suspended by Xisto - Web Hosting.com I can't login using my usual password.This problems starting because of my website on high load and Xisto - Web Hosting send me email saying that I have to upgrade my host.I don't have time to handle anything at that time so i postpone it. And now I'm ready to move my host but my account suspended and I can't even login to cpanel to backup my website.Already submit a support ticket but no response yet.


  2. Hi, I don't know where to put this questions.. I have my hosting with Xisto - Web Hosting.com about a year ago I forgot the plan but I pay $33 yearly (2100Mb space) and now the plan is no longer available. How can I renew my hosting with the same package? (my invoice number #7146).I have more than 10 subdomains (which sometimes i use my website as testing server) (below 20), and I have maybe more than 10 (below 20) mysql databases. And the logic plan only allow 5 subdomains and mysql databases I can't pay $35 just for rent 50 databases which I may never use or much subdomains that I simply don't need.Is anyone experiencing this? My hosting is end on 8 august 2009. If I can't renew my old plan I may have to leave Xisto - Web Hosting.. I have this questions when I want to order hosting for my client few minutes ago. My client doesn't need large space or bw. It will only host 1 wordpress with 3 email accounts. 1 gig is more than enough.So, is anyone can renew their old hosting plan? And for the support, can i renew my old hosting plan?Thanks=== edited ===Just purchase logic plan for my client and will renew the 3s plan but cannot add funds yet it said "You must have at least one active order before you can add funds so you cannot proceed at the current time!"


  3. My tickets got responded in 24 hours or less [since first time i become Xisto - Web Hosting customer] and have not yet receive delayed answer. I hope it will continue this way in the future so I don't have to move my host else where again :P For now I'm happy with xisto.Oh one more, that everytime I submit ticket from my email it just got replied a blank email to me and it only contain ticket number on the subject . So I have to login to submit ticket.


  4. Hi, I'm, even more suffering than you. I have already made $129 and the checks already in my hand and the worst is I have more than $1000 running in my account with GA (google adsense) and GA just delete my account. I never ever do anything cheat but they just deleted my account by accusing me fraud click. I Lost more than $1129 :)Maybe you could try adbrite, this could made you some money to pay the host. I haven't try it but some people made huge money here... try also widgetbucks

    The domain registrar is Xisto - Domains. For the details on how to transfer your domain please email me at SALES[AT]Xisto - Web Hosting[DOT]COM. You can transfer your domain whenever you wish to do so, transfer of domains is simple so there is no need to worry about the time of transfer.
    Again i request you to send this in a support ticket as we will need your current login details to transfer your data.
    We have a plan called PLAN 3S that offers 2.1 GB space and 33.33 GB BW for 3.33 USD BUT you will not get free domain registration/renewal for this package.

    Please let me know if you have any more doubts regarding this issue and I will be more than happy to help you with this issue.
