I use firefox and I think it's the best browser. Opera is good too, but sometimes it's not working properly. Also Firefox is faster.

I don't use voice or video chat, so I don't know about them quality, but skype is better for me.Skype is easy to use and I'm used to chating with skype.

If you wanna really good security and firewall, I think, you should use Kaspersky, unfortunately this antivirus slows down your computer. I use BitDefeder ant it's enough for me even this antivirus isn't the best.
