How old do you have to be if you want to start youre own website. Because I am young and I want to be entrepreneur and I want to get paid so why I can save up for my career and college

I'm pretty sure it's a requirment to be 18 =(
But I am only 13 and I am having my dad sign up for it, we will split the profits =)
Any age could make a website, it just depends on how much effort you put into it!
