I actually installed a process like this in September. It DOES work. It DOES NOT do a 100% mileage increase, but pretty close. I went from 30 to 50MPG. It's simple enough to set up. Basically creates a reaction in the small water canister, thus providing extra energy. Also increased my Hyundai Elantra's power a bit.
