  1. My issue was resolved. I was told there was an issue of billing sending out emails before the accounts were actually processed/created. All is well now.
  2. I just got my new paid hosting account setup and tried to login but it failed on the very first attempt. I've emailed support but with no response yet. I don't understand how I can get a confirmation email that says my account has been established but I cannot login.
