  1. I create my host with my walhez.com (http://whois.domaintools.com/walhez.com) dominion but whatever creates my account in xisto my dominion was not redirected to dns of Xisto (ns1.Astahost.com and ns2.Astahost.com), if not that to dns temporary that it had assigned those to him that sold my dominion to me. And my account I create with those dns:
    | NameServer1: ns14.emovile.com
    | NameServer2: ns13.emovile.com
    I have put him dns of Xisto, but even so not redirected to me, already believe that the problem is in the account mine of xisto, Because talvez some administrator who helps me with this problemilla (changing dns, old by those of Xisto). And I cannot either enter http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ to accede to cpanel.

  2. in linux I use Liferea (I have done a tutorial one on like installing it if you want you can read it: http://forums.xisto.com/topic/94085-topic/?findpost=1064377140 ), and in Windows as reader of feeds use Thunderbird, but you want to read approaches other readers of feeds you can read this post http://mashable.com/2007/06/11/rss-toolbox/, make a compilation there of readers of feeds for the main operating systems (Linux, Windows and Mac OS)

  3. With the new applications online that are been leaving, I believe that it marinates has been entered to a market that is controlled in greater part by our great friend Google one of the pioneers in the implementation of the tools online. And in addition it is not or it will be the unique service of this type so that already there are many like:

    http://www.wiredness.com/
    http://www.fauxto.com/
    http://preloadr.com/
    http://pixenate.com/
    http://www.phixr.com/

  4. The idea this very good, has very good functions, and the unique thing that I do not like is that they are using the visual style of the Vista Windows I believe that it demonstrates a certain degree of lack of originality in story to design, but that we know that it would be possible to be improved. I hope with anxieties that free to express firefox 3.0 "grand paradise"

  5. It proves these programs:

    Open Antivirus:

    OpenAntiVirus is not another virus scanner to put on a computer! OpenAntiVirus is a platform for people seriously interested in anti-virus research, network security and computer security to communicate with each other, to develop solutions for various security problems, and to develop new security technologies.

    http://www.openantivirus.org/

    and:

    ClamAV:

    ClamAV application is primarily for unix based systems but now a windows version is available. This version needs a emulation layer like CygWin

    http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/

    And also in your PC it could not lack good firewall:

    SoftPerfect Personal Firewall:

    The SoftPerfect Personal Firewall is a free network firewall designed to protect your PC against attacks from the Internet or via a local area network. SoftPerfect Personal Firewall offers customizable security using user-defined rules for packet filtering. It works at a low level and also allows you to create rules based on non-IP protocols such as ARP.

    I hope serve these tools to you that are totally free.

    Good I leave east tutorial here them that I have created so that they install Internet Explorer 5, 5.5, 6 and 7 runing in linux.

    • For which they need two programs already installed one of them are wine (it executes exe in linux)
    Download Wine (there the unloading for several distributions)

    • The other program that need is cabextract, I leave the unloading here equal
    Download Cabextract

    after the Wine and cabextract have unloaded, we come to unload ie4linux in his latest version:

    Download IES4LINUX

    put tar xvfz ies4linux-latest.tar.gz

    INTALLING

    cd ies4l....

    and later they put ./ies4linux and the installation file would be executed to them, will ask to them that if wants to install plugins and other things

    since it says to them that I settle or go to the /root/bin folder or they make direct access in the desk.

    and there he will be ie5, ie55, ie6 execute the one that wants and ready.

    Or execute this easy script
    :

    CONSOLE
    $ sudo apt-get install cabextract
    $ wget http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/
    $ tar zxvf ies4linux-latest.tar.gz
    $ cd ies4linux-*
    $ ./ies4linux

    Internet Explorer 7

    The IE7 interface is the same of IE6. What happens is that IEs4Linux makes work the motor of IE7 through the IE6 interface.

    How to install it?
    Simple. You only must lower and install the second beta of IEs4Linux 2.5 and execute the installer with the option âbeta-install-ie7 . But eye that so that everything works you must have installed wine (to execute .EXEs) and cabextract (to extract .CABs in the installation).

    Notes:
    1. - Some distributions of linux already bring including wine and cabextract
    2. - The reason of installing IE in linux? Some webmaster they need to see its Webs from different navigators.

  7. First to avoid the spam you have to of changing of phpBB to a much better forum as Vbulletin or SMF this is it better and that in addition have few bugs, and possesses small systems to prevent it from taking placespam, since to add a small image in the system register. The phpBB are good but they are very insecure, like that that my recommendations that you were changing.

  8. Please forgive me for my mistake, and for putting this software in the wrong section, everything owes to that I confused terms freeware with shareware (I talk, read, writting very bad the Englis) and because of it I thought that this age the section but now I see that it is the software with license GNU that I must publish here, pardon for my mistake.Please some moderator that elimin this topic. And I repeat my excuses for the committed mistake.

  9. I create east tutorial of liferea long ago, but she has still not changed much, originally I wrote it in Spanish but I translate it to the English for this wonderful community, but they excuse that she does not express to me well is that I have certain errors with my English.

    Liferea is an aggregator for online news feeds. There are many other news readers available, but these others are not available for Linux or require many extra libraries to be installed. Liferea tries to fill this gap by creating a fast, easy to use, easy to install news aggregator for GTK/GNOME.

    In the official site http://lzone.de/liferea/ you read the characteristics.

    You Need

    GTK2 2.4

    GConf2

    libXML2 2.6

    GtkHTML2 (libgtkhtml-2.0)

    GtkHTML2-devel

    (optional) Mozilla

    Download

    INSTALLING

    Thus I installed Liferea:

    Note: the appointments represent exits of the shell, I put them so that they can compare in case of errors.

    first whit wget unloading to my personal folder the last stable version:

    [walhez@MyHost ~]$ wget https://sourceforge.net/projects/liferea/files/

    Frequent errors: It can be that to at the end of ./configure, the shell throw this:

    checking for GtkHTML2 support... no

    checking for Mozilla support... no

    configure: error:

    *** You must have either the GtkHTML2 or the Mozilla development

    *** libraries installed in order to build Liferea!

    Of being thus it means that they lack the dependencies: GtkHTML2 (libgtkhtml-2.0)

    GtkHTML2-devel

    Liferea by defect adds some important sites, all related to computer science and GNU/Linux. In order to include a new source of the news they must puncture in ânew sourceâ, soon to write the direction Web and to cliquear in accepting. Remember that single they will be able to add webs that ofrescan feeds, in the image see some examples
