Nowadays Ronnie is in bad shape... he isnt playing like we use to see him play, and seems like the relation betwen he and Frank the Coach is broke... sadly he will be almost obligated to join another team, maybe Chelsea in the English Premier League...

Nowadays i would say Kak?, in AC Milan, they are by far the best team in Europe (won the last UCL in 2007), and one of the most compact teams, great at defensem and sharp at attack, the Brazilian is the main player in that group, he organize the attack and also scores many goals, so for me is the best soccer player this 2007...

You should 1st make a routine, starting whit the most important thing, warmin up your muscles, then you should focus on the main plot, pecs, biceps and triceps, doing some exercises like Christs and flex, to enhance the chest, an example, Biceps on Monday, Triceps next day, and stuff like that, always had a free day to relax and you do need some cardio at your age too... anyway if you need more just PM me...

Well everybody is inoccent if you can prove the opossite, and in the Bonds case, hes clean, not as Mark McGuirre, but clean at all, he is a good baseball player, but the most important thing is that he helped his team, and not only do the homeruns, he also stole bases, pushes teammates and all that stuff that makes him the best SF player in that sport...

I do like it, and most of all i support some of them, Soccer is a the biggest one for me, and ill go to the stadiums over and over, because i cant get enought of that sport...

Soccer in all ways, beach soccer, pro soccer, female soccer, and also Baseball, wit the fights the homeruns and all the stuff, you cant feel Live at the stadium...

AFC Ajax is the one, they have the best youngsters in Europe, and this season 2007 will play the UCL too...in England y go for Man Utd, Spain, Real Madrid and Italy AC Milan the UCL Winners!!!
