You can upload your site on the following way:

    File, Publish site...

in the first box you fill in: your_user_name.trap17.com

In the second box you fill in:

    - Your username

    - Your password

Now you should login and you can clik on publish site to upload your files to the Xisto server

  2. I have a quick question. Is Adobe Photoshop CS ( 8.0 ) worth buying? * LOoks at the rediculous 400$ sign* I mean I know it;s awsome but for building a website is it worth it I mean. See im making my own custom designs so I need to know is CS is really really good.

I don't think so. There are alternative programs for free. Like the GIMP, a free photo-editing program, wich can be downloaded from https://www.gimp.org/ (also a program for Linux and MAC)

But I think that Photoshop is also a great program, but much to exprensive for me.

  3. I'm using Avast home edition (free) because of the price: free, and because It doesn't slow down your computer so much. I must say that it isn't the best antivirus program. On an other computer I've installed Norton Antivirus 2003, and that program keeps all the virusses outside. On my alvast computer I have got sometimes a virus :)

  4. Results are here: Not a single browser is as good as OPERA which is THE FASTEST BROWSER at the moment and is the most apropriate for every platform.

But is Opera the safest brower.... I'm gona try it myself I think. I'm using Microsoft's IE and Mozilla's Firefox now. Firefox is sloooowww, and IE isn't safe enough (I'm using IE 6 with SP 2)

I hope that it works for me

  8. For free?

I'm using Avast Antivirus now, great, I think!

    Avast Antivirus

    To Buy?

Before Avast, I was using Panda Antivirus, a good virusscanner, and not expensive :)

    Panda Software

    If I were you?

First, try the Avast Antivirus for about a month, and then try the Tryversion of Panda Antivirus. After that you can chose what you want.

I wouldn't buy the Norton antivirus if I were you. It's a number one computer slower... :)

  9. I chose Windows, because the most programs only work on windows. And many games are only made for windows. If you chose Linux, you chose for security and for your money :)I think you can make windows as safe as Linux, by installing the right programs. The right Anti-spyware, virusscanner, firewall and Mozilla Firefox of course :) I don't know what the right programs are, but I think that they exist B)

  10. I don't want that junk.... It must be a site full with Ads and other stuff... I hate that

I have got gmail for almost 2 months now and i think it's great B)

Only text-ads and much more space than Hotmail and Yahoo.

An other great difference is that Gmail supports POP mail so I can read my mail whit Tunderbird (email program) and the others doesn't support that :)

Anyway, I have one invite for gmail, so the first one can get gmail:

    https://accounts.google.com/SignUp?service=mail&continue=http%3A%2F%2Fmail.google.com%2Fmail%2Fe-11-23d307fd36c5a6a080985eebf5537f-bf0e2f38bcd0dd55369d5df8d2b2289f995b5ffd

  11. I should chose PHPBB if I were you, because PHPBB is an more used forum with more support and possibility's. You can change almost everything. And if you think that this forum is good, it's a PHPBB forum two! An other reason is that it's much easyer to install, because you can install the PHPBB forum on your Xisto site with Cpanel (wish i think is the best control panel:D)Anyway you should chose PHPBB if you want a great forum on your site :)

  12. :)  :P  i was using shyper, and then looked up some rating host site, and found this thingy..

    17609[/snapback]

I was using Shyper two, but when they changed the server, and they started with the ADS on the sites, I didn't want to upload my site to the server anymore, because I want an ad-free site ;)

Then I went back to my Internetprovider's host and I begon searching for a good host, and here I am :) On the best host I ever known... Xisto B)

  13. It sounds if you are trying to replace your first drive (with the boot files etc) for a new one, and you don't want to reinstall windows XP on your second drive. It's a difficult problem, but every problem has an answer :)

    Symantec Site

To copy one hard drive to another On the menu bar of Norton Ghost, click Tools > Copy Drive.
Follow the instructions in the Wizard to copy the drive. The Wizard will guide you through selecting the right drive to copy, the destination drive, and the options for copying the data from one drive to another.

According to the site there is an option: copy MBR, you should check this option
