The only thing I can reccomend about blogger is the fact that if you use it it dosen't take much work to be listed with Google, which helps with promotion. I use blog.com because they let me edit the templates they have, and it's not as difficult as it soulds. Lori

Maybe you can explain this to me? Why in the world do I want to be so connected? I have a working cell phone. I own it because it makes it easier for my mom to let me know if and when my father ends up in hospital with a chronic disease he has. Other than that I don't need all those bells and whistles. Not to mention that touch screen technology doesn't thrill me too much. I've got fat fingers, and there are some words in english that take on an totally different meaning when slightly misspelled. Just think of all the problems that could cause in Email alone.

You have to be able to live with your hair, the rest of us just have to look at it. If you feel your looks are a 10 with long hair, the keep it. If not then talk to a stylist. A good stylist will take into account facial features, how much time you want to spend dealing with your hair every time you wash it and all that kinda stuff. When it comes to anything, be it hair, clothing or what have you; listen to the people around you, but make the final choice for yourself! Lori

Greetings and salutations to one and all! I can't be the only Harlan Ellison fan here, so I'd like you all to come outta the woodwork and talk to me! For those who don't know... IMHO Mr. Ellison is just the best writer the 20th century produced. It's hard to categorize his work, but whatever you do don't let the man himself or a rabid fan ever catch you calling it sci-fi. A fate worse than death awaits you if you do! If you aren't familiar with the man or his work let me make one reccomendation. It's free, and worth many times more worth the price! check this out : http://harlanellison.com/iwrite/index.htm . Listen to the man read the story Palidin of the Lost Hour. It's an amazing story in and of itself, but when you hear him read it it's totally amazing! Hope all you underground HE fans come and talk to me!!! Lori

I totally agree with every thing the previous poster said. We need to get as active as we can to save Internet Radio. Call a congressperson TODAY. I love my Pandora, and cannot think about all the great music I'd be missing out on if t were to disappear all together. To put my two cents worth in, I think the RIIA should embrace Internet Radio. Its one of the most effective ways to introduce new and unique artists, ones that may not be able to get played on terrestrial radio. Just my two cents worth, but I needed to say it! And before it disappears all together check out Pandora. It's Music Genome may hype you to stuff you've never thought of listening to before.
