hi. im new at website designing. i just made a layout in photoshop. i sliced up images and im gunna put it on dreamweaver. but when ive been looking on some sites, when you right click on the images, instead of view image it says view background image. my first question is how do i set it up so my images appear like that? also, does that reduce the loading times of webpages at all?
