  1. Mainly there's no difference between Perl and PHP, due to the fact that both are server-side scripting languages. The main feature of PHP is his high portability, this means that PHP could be used for a lot of things (eg. SQL); Perl is mainly used FSO (For Scripting Only) .Anyway, I had lot of fun programming in Perl and I really love it as a scripting language.
