First of all thanks to szupie for the idea. We've a new irc channel for this board on Dal.Net - try joining any of the dalnet servers (irc.dal.net) and join the channel #Xisto - it's up for a test run and we've had quite a few of the mods already visiting the place. Let's give it a shot for a few days and see if we can use this to help out in the Hosting Support Program... plus it'll act as a much faster alternative for the shoutbox. Flip side is, if this works out well, the shoutbox here will almost die out.. Let me know your opinions/views.
