    The bible contains stories that almost always end with the woman at fault. Even genesis, when eve was blamed for having eaten the stupid fruit on the tree of life. It's wrong and cruel, and because the bible was written by old geezers who couldn't get laid, and had never been laid, society is like so.

     

    I guess my point is, is that all humans, any race, any sex, should be treated with respect.

    I Totally agree with you, but would like to comment on the last line. The whole story of Adam and Eve is 90% a made up story to convey to the ppl at that time and place some sort of explanation of their origins. But even if made up, they all reflect human nature. In the story Eve was made from the last (12th rib) of Adam.. Ever thought why?...well because it symbolizes that women are a part of men.. They can live separately, but not completely. And Eve eating the Apple... and giving it to Adam.... it just symbolizes greed.... They wanted to be greater than God. Then as very well understand, no such liberal thoughts were there. Maybe it was there but nobody shouted it out, especially the women. But "easy women" were there then too. You were correct at one point where u mentioned that women control men with such tactics.

    Hello PplYes this is a topic that has been battered for ages now.Well i'm just going to tell you what i feel and what i see everyday.And i won't vote for this poll, as i feel, there's no use.I'm an intern, and with my deep interest for medicine I was eager to practise medicine until i came to know the daily horrors of it.Almost Nine months ago i started my circle for Obstetrics and Gyneacology. It ended 3 months back. Day after day i would stand with my Supervising doctor, and face all the situations head front.Each day, at least one abortion was planned. I have also assisited in such operations, (much to my unhappiness, as I'm a catholic). Once the case was that, the patient in question was quite serious and we had had to use live X Ray imaging to carry out the operation. During the operation, just before the critical part (that is injecting the "venom") i thought i saw the foetus jerk against the incoming needle.. as if it was trying to run away. I was dumbfounded!!! After the whole thing was over, i requested the technician to replay the X-Ray "movie", and the jerk was clearly there. And the technician tells me... "You know... they always try to give a fight.... but it's never for long."I lost words that day. That changed my life. period. And how many couples show up everyday to get advice on how to conceive....For almost every abortion... there is a couple who can't concieve.Seems weird doesn't it.... Some are able... but they don't want. Some can't ...but THEY WANT.Why God has planned such - i simply don't know. But i'm not questioning him either. Getting over such days is hard enough.

    Hello Ppl...I had this serious spyware problem that was really making my purse thinner and thinner. How many times i was shocked when my ISP showed me that i was using the net when i actually wasn'tAnyway i've used SpyRemover, and it showed me about 39 entries. I removed them.. Then certain ads continued to pop up.... So i tried another prog called Scan pyware. It gave me a blowing 486 infections with 95% of them at high risk.Yes i deleted them all, but still two silly ads keep showing up. I wanted to place the url they strike over here, but the damn ads have disapperared for the time being.I'll paste as soon as i catch themAny Advice ppl?

    Well i voted for Yahoo.. As someone earlier pointed out .... considering all their services accounts to more than Google mail. Google offers a huge mail email account, a cool search engine and Frooogle. Oh yes and an image database too. But all this is there at Yahoo too, (maybe not very developed... but there). But Yahoo is quite old and i'd say that they are far better at offereing free services.Actually Hotmail (an indian Guy) started it out... I too had an hotmail account first... It was coool then. Those days everybody had only ISP email accounts. so another email address and that too web based was revolutionary..~!!!

    There was time I did  not like dreamweaver but when I use it seriously I was amazed. Now I am fan of it.

    This is the exact case with me.... At firsti was writing my own code with notepad.. Then after some years I got tired of and found DreamWeaver, but somehow ... it didn't please me. SO i went back to coding as usual with notepad. Later when i was making another project for money, i needed to make many alike pages faster.. Then i tried Frontpage... But then it srtuck me... DW was definetly better... Pronto. :rolleyes:

    Well we are all immature ....now aren't we..... Can't be all mature at the same time... SO i guess different ppl have different difficulties.... Makes you wonder all the more.... But all stream towards one tthing (in this case hosting)... (it even rhymed :) ) ... so why point fingers .... Immature, grown up... on the net only the skills of a person come out. That's what I still like about the net.... It still manages to cloak the "Human Factor" of things... :rolleyes: SO personally i'd prefer it as it is....

    Trap 17 sound so cool! I wish I can get hosted! With all the features it's unbelievable! I use http://www.freepgs.com/ but I have to pay a small setup fee... until I meet Xisto! This webhosting site is cool! I have to thank Dooga for referencing me! And how much does a server cost? Xisto must have a lot of maintainance to do!

    Hosting is not a great problem... I agree.... BUT ITS THE MAINTAINING.... I host a small LAN (55 users) and it gives me enough problems, that i really don't know how ppl at Xisto cope. But I'm hoping for the best as they seem to be professionals. :rolleyes:

    Hi ....I don't know how Xisto is, but so far from all testimonials i think it's good. I too am really fed up with all the "free web hosts" who don't live up to their promises. I mean sure, they may have their reasons.... but such reasons should be kept to a minimum... :) I know it's easy for me to say...but i really been set off by free we hosting companies that promise all the freedom in the world, and then when you sign up.... nothing. :rolleyes: That really bugs me. Anyway i hope that Xisto will be the host. So cheers to all you guys.

    I use Dreamweaver because I like the colored script and I can see directly the result without uploading it on a server :) (I don't use the others functions...)

    For the design I use Adobe Photoshop because it is the best software to build images :D

    And finally I use FlashFXP to upload my files on the net and to see the final result :)

    I totally agree that Dreamweaver is THE best. MAcrmedia really has put their brains into it. But i think you have to give the guys at Microsoft some slack. Frontpage does encourage normal uses to make webpages. That's pretty much encouraging them to use the net. But if your a pro..... Then its MACROMEDIA DREAMWEAVER and Flash MX..... along with Photoshop CS of course..

     

    Corel draw is good too.... but i really love PHOTOSHOP :rolleyes::D

    YES i typed it correct... that's ONE TERABYTE, but the server is very slow. Yesterday, it was impossible to access. ANyway being registered there won't hurt....me thinks :)
