Hi!Do you understand german? There is a really good german book about Java: "Java ist auch eine Insel". It gives a overview about each aspect of the language and also detailed information combined with a lot of examples which I think are the most important things in a book about a programming language. I don't think you can say a specific language is better than others. Each has its advantages but also disadvantages. It depends on the project you are working on. For example when I've to do database access I prefer JSP because I can use JDBC which is very good and provides a lot of possibilities. On the other hand, for a simple guestbook or something like that I prefer PHP. I think the best is a mixture of different languages. One problem with JSP is that it is very expensive to get webspace on which you can run JSPs or servlets. Free webspace with JSP is much more difficult to find. If you just want a free forum without a lot of work, try Razyboard. You can create a forum very easy, anyway you have several possibilities to adapt it to your vision. You can define the user ranks, define symbols for the different ranks, there is a control center in which you can manage your users, .... You can really adapt a lot of things! Hi!Nice site, really! There are a lot of categories but the site is still concise. Perhaps you can improve the search in the way that you put more emphasis on the search results. When I first used the search, I thought there were no results because the google ads were to eye-catching.
